While I’m not a big fan of UI libraries like iUI, they do prove useful in creating a true iPhone-like experience. jQTouch, uses jQuery and CSS-transforms to create a nice alternative to iUI, and under 20K.
A very promising looking method to roll your own site CSS framework, giving you more flexibility in your designs.
