I’ve been rewatching the Battlestar Galactica mini-series today. I don’t know why, I guess because nothing else was on. While I think the series is one of the best shows on television, I forgot just how great the mini-series was. From the post-9/11 end-of-the-world themes to the cinema verité style of photography, the mini-series did a great job of not only re-imagining the original show, but sci-fi as a whole. Definitely worth a repeat viewing.
